Bodyweight Only Training
Bodyweight training is a great way to get in shape. No gym membership is needed, absolutely no equipment is needed, and you can exercise anywhere.
This type of training is not only great for a complete fitness novice, but is also extremely beneficial to experienced fitness individuals. Exercises can be progressed or regressed to fit all fitness levels. There is also a reduced injury risk with bodyweight training as you will not be lifting barbells or dumbbells.
Your workouts will be short, around 30 minutes. Rest times will be minimal in order to keep your heart rate up and burn calories, and no treadmill is needed!
