About Me

My name is Scott Lathrop and I have been involved with many different forms of fitness training techniques (i.e., bodybuilding, power lifting, sports training, martial arts, etc.) since the mid 1970’s.

I became a certified personal trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM) in 2014, which has greatly increased my knowledge of health and fitness.

Specialties are: Body Fat and Bodyweight Reduction, Cardiorespiratory Fitness, Plyometric Training, Resistance Training, Core Fitness, Flexibility Fitness, Balance Training
